A friend kindly invited us to his family’s New Years Eve celebrations in Nazareth. When the time comes it is traditional for friends and families to light fireworks across the city, creating quite a spectacle.
Here are some images, taken from the roof of their apartment block. It was raining, quite hard, but the lights against the clouds created some interesting effects. A few of the pictures came out as pure abstracts, some of which I’ve included.
