I’m a business writer and occasional essayist working in London. This website records essays on technology, business, politics, economics, science fiction design and culture I wrote from 2014 to early 2020. I now write on Medium.
I’ve written for publications including CityMetric, The New European, openDemocracy, The Calvert Journal, The Fabian Society, New Socialist, New Left Project, net Magazine, The Norwich Radical and Social Europe. During a previous life in Edinburgh I co-founded the digital magazine Sceptical Scot to provide a non-partisan forum for Scotland’s ongoing independence debate.
